Every year from 2000 till 2009 I rode to Spain on my Moto Guzzi V10 Centauro. 

This book is largely about my experiences on those journeys, but also includes articles on more general motorcycling and travel themes as well as life and the way we experience it. 

I hope that the reader will not only enjoy the telling but will perhaps be inspired to commit their own journeys to paper; you will see that I have managed to improve the way I write, year on year, just give it a go!

The printed version has over a hundred sketches, maps and photographs, the E-book version has of necessity only a few.
Of course, I also hope to inspire you to set off for Spain yourself, in a way that you might not otherwise.

This is not a guidebook (that is my book 'Sketches of Spain').
